Intuitive Horsemanship

With over 20 years of experience, much of my wisdom is deeply rooted in the teachings of horses and nature.

I am your personal coach and I lead from many different positions. I have various equine programs, from your first contact with the pure magic of horses, to experienced equine leaders seeking mentorship, mastery, and an integrated understanding of our ethical and Intuitive Horsemanship practices, straight from the horses mouth!

Animal Body Energetics

I blend my specialized therapeutic practices in somatics, equestrian arts, wellness, and healing in my unique approach called Animal Body Energetics. With over 20 years of study in anatomy, equine medicine, kinesthetics, and the body in motion, my background is rich and varied, incorporating my experiences as a dancer, anatomist, equine expert, and nature enthusiast.

Throughout my deep studies with Masters and our profound healing work at Horse and Heart Ranch, I have had the privilege to work with thousands of humans and horses. My approach in energy work creates a nurturing space that addresses blocks, traumas, and areas where individuals feel stuck and burdened with somatic symptoms. This work is powerful—it helps my partners release physical, emotional, and energetic blockages that stem from past, present, and future impacts. Together, we embark on a collaborative journey that enhances health, performance, and overall well being.
