With over 20 years of study in anatomy, equine medicine, kinesthetics, and the body in motion, my background is rich and varied, incorporating my experiences as a dancer, anatomist, equine expert, and nature enthusiast.

Throughout my deep studies with Masters and our profound healing work at Horse and Heart Ranch, I have had the privilege to work with thousands of humans and horses. My approach in energy work creates a nurturing space that addresses blocks, traumas, and areas where individuals feel stuck and burdened with somatic symptoms. This work is powerful—it helps my partners release physical, emotional, and energetic blockages that stem from past, present, and future impacts. Together, we embark on a collaborative journey that enhances health, performance, and overall well being.
